Without question, Brochure Source offers competitive pricing on printing business cards, post cards, brochures, flyers, pocket folders, greeting cards, letterhead and envelopes. The majority of what we print is professionally run on an ultra-high resolution printing press, not a lower quality digital machine. Is there anyone else out there with a cheaper price? Not many, but possibly. But before sending your valued designs to other companies, consider what you would be sacrificing:

Secondly, at Brochure Source Printing, we also do something rare in the printing industry - we look at what we're printing. Many companies take your file & run it, without even glancing at what you've submitted. We take a look at your design, layout and the technical details of your file submission. And if we feel there is something in your PDF file that could compromise the quality of the final printed product, we'll do our best to let you know.
Superior Quality.
Brochure Source offers prints of the highest quality. Before reaching the press, each order is carefully analyzed to ensure proper fold-lines, bleeds & resolution. Once we've communicated with you and settled on the optimal deliverable, we'll send your print order to the presses, where it will receive luxury treatment with our high-definition 210 linescreen, computer-to-plate laser process. All orders are run with the correct grain alignment to achieve the highest possible sturdiness. Folds are carefully monitored for cracking and coatings are applied with precision. Finally, orders are hand-packed and shipped, as soon as the ink is dry. Shipments are then monitored to ensure proper & timely delivery.

Where is Brochure Source located?
Brochure Source is located in Toronto, Ontario. Our main press is located in Mississauga, Ontario, with a satellite press located in Scarborough, Ontario.
Where do you ship to?
Brochure Source currently services print customers from coast-to-coast, across Canada, in every province from Newfoundland to British Columbia. Through our volume, we have managed to negotiate discount shipping rates that are very competitive. We ship across Canada on a daily basis.
We also ship to the United States. American orders are free from duties and taxes.
Can I pick-up my order myself?
Possibly. We have secured very low shipping rates in the Greater Toronto Area, so most people don’t bother. If you would prefer to pick up the order yourself, contact us.
What is your turnaround time?
- Most brochures are 3 - 4 days
- Most postcards & business cards ship within 48 hrs, when submitted Mon - Thurs
- We can service requests for same day shipping, or even faster turnaround - if you're in a rush, give us a call!
- Custom items, allow at least 5 – 10 business days for production. Custom items include Pocket Folders, items requiring saddle-stitching / bindery services, and items requiring special die-cuts & non-traditional folds / scoring.

How large is your press?
Our main presses are 28” 4-up. The largest sheet sizes are 20” x 28”.
What do you mean by ‘full colour’? Do you accept PANTONE colours?
‘Full colour’ refers to industry standard 4-colour CMYK process printing. Pricing does not reflect the inclusion of PANTONE colours, which will alter costs and must be quoted separately. To adhere to the pricing structure quoted on this site, do not include PANTONE values in your submitted file. Submissions should use the CMYK colour system, only.
Do I receive a proof?
We only accept PDFs for printing – hence, your submitted PDF is your proof – review it carefully! Upon request, we can email a digital press-proof with 'printer's marks'.
Brochure Source is not responsible for any conceptual, design, spelling, resolution, or layout issues of submitted files. The quality of the printed product is limited to the suitability of all graphics / photos / line art & images that are supplied.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Trade pricing is available to qualified Graphic Designers. For further information, please contact tradepricing@brochuresource.ca .
What is a minimum order?
Minimum orders vary by product, but you can order as few as 50 brochures! We have pricing for printing available for all budgets.
Do you provide Custom Quotes? I don’t see what I’m looking for.
Yes. However, we would highly encourage you to base your design on one of our pre-existing product-sizes / templates. You will be ahead in time & possibly cost.
There are some custom items we unfortunately cannot provide:
- Alternate Business card stocks / embossing / raised ink; our Business cards are limited to the high-quality options you see on the site
- Alternate Letterhead stocks, outside of the quality stocks we list
- ‘Mounted’ posters (ie, foam-core backed)
- Coffee cups, or mouse pads
- WE DO entertain custom requests for multi-page, bound booklets & catalogues, or custom sized single-page items.

What if I am not happy with my product?
Can I return it?
For design problems, we cannot accept returns, and all sales are final – however, if you respect our submission guidelines, there should be no problems. For best results, we recommend you use the services of a professional graphic designer.
If you feel that your problem is a technical printing issue, and not a design issue, certainly contact us right away and we will investigate your concerns. A hard-copy sample of each order is kept on file in our offices for 90 days.

Do you offer Graphic Design services?
Yes. We have a team of professional, experienced Graphic Designers ready to assist with your next design requirement. Our design rate is $65 / hr. Our designers will work with you personally to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
The increasing availability of affordable Desktop Publishing programs for home-use has prompted many people to try their hand at Graphic Design. The results are generally mixed, with most files inappropriate for print. Microsoft Word is not a design program!
